Biting Your Nails


Biting your nails can cause damage to your teeth by exerting excessive pressure and stress on them. When you bite your nails, your jaw is forced into an unnatural and strained position for extended periods. This continuous jaw dysfunction can lead to various dental problems.

Over time, repeated exposure to these acids weakens the enamel, making it more susceptible to decay and cavities. Using Coloring Agents


Potent coloring agents can possess intense pigments and potentially stain the tooth enamel. Regular consumption of such products can gradually accumulate stains on the teeth, resulting in discoloration and a visibly yellowed appearance.
